About the role

  • Drive the expansion of broker business in targeted markets using our non-QM products.
  • Cultivate and grow new broker relationships while maintaining and enhancing existing ones.
  • Contribute to company success by working cross-functionally with colleagues in various departments.
  • Close $5MM+ in monthly volume by structuring creative deals in collaboration with brokers.
  • Consistently close significant loan volume and structure deals with brokers.
  • Attract new brokers and grow existing relationships to ensure excellent client experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to influence and support company-wide success.

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in expanding broker business in non-QM products, with 5+ years in the mortgage industry.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred, though relevant experience is also valued.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your own pipeline and consistently deliver results.
  • Expertise in non-QM products, mortgage lending regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work remotely, managing your own schedule and priorities while delivering results.
