About the role
- Responds to all inquiries received in the Client Services call center
- Provides information and account support to all internal and external parties
- Responds to all incoming inquiries from clients and Dominion Sales Executives
- Responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests
- Utilizes knowledge of Dominion Diagnostics business and products to better serve our customers and support our accounts.
Requirements
- minimum of two years experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a clinical laboratory setting
- Knowledge and practice of customer service standards and procedures
- Telephone skills
- Knowledge of modern office equipment and administrative procedures
- Computer savvy
- Problem-solving skills
- Multitasking
- Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications, such as Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare and process administrative paperwork
- Organizational/planning skills
- Ability to prioritize duties
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively.
