About the role

  • Responds to all inquiries received in the Client Services call center
  • Provides information and account support to all internal and external parties
  • Responds to all incoming inquiries from clients and Dominion Sales Executives
  • Responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests
  • Utilizes knowledge of Dominion Diagnostics business and products to better serve our customers and support our accounts.

Requirements

  • minimum of two years experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a clinical laboratory setting
  • Knowledge and practice of customer service standards and procedures
  • Telephone skills
  • Knowledge of modern office equipment and administrative procedures
  • Computer savvy
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Multitasking
  • Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications, such as Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and process administrative paperwork
  • Organizational/planning skills
  • Ability to prioritize duties
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively.
