About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet and exceed territory volume growth objectives by developing and increasing business in existing accounts
- Make service calls to the existing account base
- Develop and manage strong sustainable relationships with the customer base
- Make daily outbound sales calls to a touchpoint within a targeted account
- Set qualified appointments for outside sales executives
- Record complete service and call activity daily using our CRM software
- Communicate effectively and work in conjunction with regional account executives and regional account managers
- Become an expert on Dominion Diagnostic’s product offering
- Provide regular updates to the Inside Sales Manager on existing customers, pipeline, and monthly call reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred
- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience
- Laboratory experience is a plus
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key physicians and office staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
