About the role
- Professional delivery of basic and treatment care on our protected residential unit for people with dementia
- Implementation of the expert standard “Relationship-centred care in the nursing of people with dementia”
- Preparation and updating of nursing documentation
- Support in organizing residents’ daily lives and everyday activities
- Guidance and onboarding of new colleagues
Requirements
- Completed training as a registered nurse (or equivalent), ideally with additional specialist training in gerontopsychiatric nursing
- Team player with empathy for residents and colleagues
- Responsible, structured and organized working style
- Openness to ongoing professional development
