- Implement the Expert Standard "Relationship-centered care in nursing people with dementia"
- Create and update nursing documentation
- Support residents with daily activities and meaningful day-to-day structure
- Supervise and train new colleagues
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (or equivalent) with additional professional training in gerontopsychiatric nursing
- Team player with empathy for residents and colleagues
- Responsible and structured approach to work
