About the role
- Organize and process administrative tasks
- Process and maintain personnel and payroll records
- Serve as a point of contact for residents, relatives and external partners
- Support the facility manager in day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Completed commercial/administrative vocational training, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Work experience in the administration of a care facility
- Very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with accounting, billing and other application software
- Independent, analytical and structured working style
- Empathy and strong communication skills
