About the role
- Organize and process administrative tasks
- Process and maintain personnel and billing/payroll records
- Act as a point of contact for residents, relatives and external partners
- Support facility management in daily operations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in administration or business, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Experience in the administration of a care facility is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with accounting, billing and other application software
- Independent, analytical and structured working style
- Empathy and strong communication skills
