- You temporarily assume responsibility for the financial and operational management of a facility

Requirements
- Completed degree in social, nursing or healthcare management, or a nursing qualification with appropriate additional certification
- Qualification according to §2 HeimPersV
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in a care facility
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
- High level of customer and employee orientation
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel regionally and flexibility
