About the role
- You monitor and optimize administrative processes across facilities
- You contribute to the further development of our quality management system
- You advise, accompany, and support facilities on quality-related administrative matters (billing, data management)
- You actively advise facilities on maintaining master data and billing in resident and personnel administration
- You assist with onboarding new administrative staff
Requirements
- Commercial/business training, preferably with a specialization in healthcare, or an equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of the benefits catalogue under SGB XI
- Professional experience in the social and healthcare sector with a focus on quality assurance
- Flexibility, commitment, high reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of standard IT applications
- Enjoyment of a mix of desk work and hands-on tasks
- Economic and entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to travel regularly
