About the role
- Provide professional basic and treatment nursing care in our secure residential unit for residents with dementia
- Implement the expert standard "Relationship-centered Care in the Nursing of People with Dementia"
- Create and update nursing documentation
- Support residents in organizing and structuring their daily activities
- Provide guidance and induction for new colleagues
Requirements
- Completed training as a registered nurse (or equivalent) with additional specialist training in gerontopsychiatric nursing
- Team player with empathy for residents and colleagues
- Responsible and structured approach to work
