About the role
- Provide professional basic and treatment nursing care in our secure residential unit for residents with dementia
- Implement the expert standard "Relationship-building in the care of people with dementia"
- Prepare and update nursing documentation
- Support residents with daily living and activity planning
- Supervise and onboard new colleagues
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (state-recognized/examined) or equivalent, with specialist further training in gerontopsychiatric nursing
- Team player with empathy for residents and colleagues
- Responsible and structured working approach
- Willingness to pursue further professional training
