About the role
- Organization and handling of administrative tasks
- Processing and maintenance of personnel and payroll documents
- Point of contact for residents, relatives and external partners
- Support for the facility management in day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Professional experience in the administration of a care facility desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with accounting, payroll and other software applications
- Independent, analytical and structured way of working
- Empathy and strong communication skills
