About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting the development and continual improvement of our Technology Risk & Control Framework
Managing and enhancing risk taxonomies, control libraries, and governance processes
Coordinating internal and external audits, tracking actions, and maintaining evidence repositories
Embedding operational resilience and regulatory requirements, including DORA, into day-to-day practices
Supporting third-party risk oversight and vendor risk assessments
Producing insightful governance reporting, identifying trends, risks, and emerging themes for senior stakeholders
Driving cross-functional collaboration to improve control effectiveness, consistency, and efficiency across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in technology risk, governance, audit, operational controls, or a similar risk-focused environment
Strong understanding of technology organisations, including engineering, platforms, and operational processes
Knowledge of regulatory and resilience frameworks such as DORA and Operational Resilience
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
