About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee a designated cluster of hotels within the group and ensure adherence to the highest brand quality standards.
  • Integrate sustainable practices into hotel operations.
  • Ensure compliance with international hospitality Health & Safety standards, environmental initiatives, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Conduct brand audits and internal inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including ISO and HACCP standards.
  • Coordinate and ensure the availability and proper use of printed collateral and signage related to health & safety, sustainability, and brand across company facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance.
  • Report to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality, quality, or compliance.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of international hospitality quality standards (e.g., Marriott, Hilton) and sustainability frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with corporate representatives, hotel staff, and external sustainability partners.
  • Experience working with international hotel brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton) and understanding of their service and quality standards.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Primarily based in a corporate office environment; periodic travel to properties is required to conduct audits.
