About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

**The ideal Candidate:**
- Analyse budget performance on a periodic basis to ensure all operations are within budget
- Provide accurate, timely and valuable monthly/annual reports to management teams
- Is involved in the annual budget preparation
- Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) and assure implementation and use to improve business performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

**Qualifications & Skills:**
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- University degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
- A good knowledge of applicable accounting and reporting standards will be considered an asset (e.g. IFRS, Greek GAAP, Greek chart of accounts).
- Strong finance, analytical and accounting skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek
