About the role
- **Key Responsibilities**
- - **Course Architecture & Building**: Work with the enablement team to build out foundational courses within TalentLMS.
- - **Content Creation**: Translate larger video content into digestible learning modules using the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and AI-assisted tools like Gemini.
- - **Multimedia Support**: Assist in "amplifying" our enablement efforts through basic video editing, slide deck design, and creative asset management.
- - **Project Management**: Help track overall 2026 enablement program.
- - **Impact Analysis**: Support the team in measuring rep confidence and competency to ensure our training actually works.

Requirements
- **Qualifications**
- - **Education**: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- - **The "Builder" Mindset**: You enjoy taking a messy pile of information and organizing it into a clear, logical flow.
- - Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Google Suite is a must; experience with video editing software or LMS platforms is a huge plus.
- - **Communication**: Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- - **Self-Starter**: You aren’t afraid to ask questions, but you’re also comfortable taking a project and running with it.
- **Time Commitment**
- - **Hours per week**: 15-20 hours, with flexibility based on your course schedule.
- - **Working hours**: Remote-friendly with regular check-ins during North American business hours is required.
Benefits
- This is an **unpaid internship** offered for **academic credit only**; monetary compensation is not available.
