• Learn to use our title production software, and complete corresponding actions within it
• Serve as the primary point of triage for inbound emails requiring manual review
• As familiarity and performance are demonstrated, support phone communications
• Conduct quality review of all documents for signatures
• Identify documents for needed actions as per Lender Instructions
• Sort and file necessary documents for recording
• Facilitate the management of secured emails
