Controller

• Manage and develop accounting team to scale with the needs of our rapidly growing business
• Oversee and improve all accounting processes (A/P, revenue, inventory, fixed assets, payroll, etc.)
• Leverage (and if necessary implement) systems to support efficient processes
• Coordinate and own efficient financial close processes
• Manage outside audit firm(s), banks and lessors, casualty/liability insurance agent(s) and credit card companies
• Maintain a strong understanding of our cash flows; be the gate keeper for unusual activity and unneeded expense
• Refine company operating procedures as they relate to finance; implement company wide controls
• Review vendor contracts and agreements
• Help coordinate company financial planning and budget management
