About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational support and management of HR functional activities for assigned regions
- Collaborate with Store Operations Business Partners on HR compliance, staffing levels, retention, and team member engagement
- Lead succession planning, training compliance, coaching, field development, and development plans
- Execute store stabilization through partnership interviews, performance management, and turnover programs
- Support and guide the Talent Management process
- Assist Regional Director and Field Managers with team member engagement
- Partner with Team Relations, Field Managers, and AP Business Partners to conduct and resolve investigations
- Analyze people metrics and regional reports to identify improvement opportunities and develop action-oriented market plans
- Support implementation of new or updated projects and programs
- Maintain expert knowledge of federal and state employment law for Store Operations compliance
- Represent HR and Store Operations on cross-functional teams, projects, new programs, and process improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-year degree in Human Resources or equivalent work-related experience
- 5-7 years of Human Resources experience in a multi-unit retail environment
- Advanced knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures
- Knowledge of all federal, state, and local HR laws
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Spanish-speaking highly desired
- PHR and/or SPHR or SHRM-CP and/or SHRM-SCP preferred
