About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee safe, clean, and efficient receiving, order filling, and shipping operations
  • Monitor loads to ensure merchandise is loaded according to quality and stability standards
  • Establish and monitor daily selecting and loading schedules
  • Manage and coordinate the receipt, unloading, and checking of merchandise
  • Ensure accuracy and safety through enforcement of company standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of distribution center management or operations experience, or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of distribution center practices and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as AS400
