Key responsibilities & impact

Support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle
Help managers navigate performance conversations
Participate in performance improvement plans
Contribute to maintaining a positive and consistent employee experience
Assist in coordinating and supporting key people-related processes across the company
Maintain people dashboards and reporting
Contribute to cross-functional people projects as the company scales

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR generalist or People Partner roles
Initial exposure to employee relations and/or performance management topics
Experience working in an international environment
Fluent in French and English
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
Comfortable using modern tools and AI assistants to enhance productivity and workflows
