About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets
Consolidate data from multiple sources into meaningful summaries
Build and maintain dashboards and reports
Present findings to stakeholders

Support identification and implementation of process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with AI agents, automation tools, or large language model applications
Exposure to CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
