Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with legal research on licensing and patent infringement/enforcement issues
Conduct analyses of the patent litigation landscape and litigation prep
Assist with license compliance matters
Aid business in understanding contractual requirements and applicable legal landscape
Develop and implement improved policies and processes for the legal department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong interest in patents and intellectual property law
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

Positive and professional attitude, including dependability and timeliness
Ability to research legal and business issues and learn new concepts quickly
Experience with online research tools, Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, and Bloomberg
