About the role
- Oversee the company’s global IT infrastructure strategy, operations, and performance.
- Manage complex infrastructure, teams, and initiatives worldwide.
- Establish operational goals and tasks for various units.
- Develop strategic and operational plans and lead key initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and with external partners.
- Maintain, coordinate, administer, and troubleshoot server and network operations.
- Mentor junior IT engineers or support analysts.
- Manage medium to large IT projects, including scope, project planning, resource coordination, and overall project delivery.
Requirements
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNP, or cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect).
- Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms for proactive performance management.
