About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the day-to-day management of Dolby’s core benefit and wellbeing programs
Analyze benefits data to assess the effectiveness of benefits programs and provide insights for decision-making
Prepare and present ad-hoc reports on the utilization and cost of benefits programs
Manage and update benefit and wellbeing program metrics and dashboards
Monitor ongoing operations and conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity across internal and external systems
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
Prepare submissions for various federal, state, and local compliance reporting such as 5500s, Non-Discrimination Testing, ACA
Manage benefits and wellbeing communication calendar
Provide training and documentation for People Operations staff as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration and analysis, with progressive responsibility
Strong knowledge of US federal and state regulations governing employee benefit programs
Proficiency in benefits administration software and HRIS systems
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex benefits information to employees
Experience with data analytics and reporting with solid proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving capabilities
Periodic travel to San Francisco HQ
