About the role

  • Support and evolve the framework and systems that turn product behavior into trusted signals.
  • Partner with Engineering to define event taxonomy and tracking standards.
  • Build and maintain scalable, self-service dashboards for product teams.
  • Strengthen the product analytics ecosystem and data models for decision-making.
  • Deliver recurring product analytics reporting and contribute to analytics readouts.
  • Translate product usage and customer signals into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
  • AI-First mentality with understanding of how AI reshapes analytics workflows.
  • Systems thinker & operator's mindset for building scalable systems.
  • A “Builder” mindset with the instinct to create and solve.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with prioritization and problem structuring skills.
  • Clear communicator with experience presenting analysis to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical foundation with advanced SQL required.
  • Experience with event-based analytics and familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, Looker, Segment, and dbt.
  • Domain familiarity with exposure to public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), and FinOps/cloud cost management preferred.
