About the role

  • Implement new features from proposal through spec, implementation, and maintenance
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the CloudFlow governance tool and future integrations like Threads (e.g., Jira integrations)
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers across teams and participate in product decision-making
  • Take end-to-end ownership of projects and deliverables
  • Review pull requests and participate in code reviews
  • Improve the health of the codebase and dedicate time to technical housekeeping
  • Provide feedback during planning and discussions to identify challenges and unknowns early

Requirements

  • 4+ years of software development experience
  • Full Stack engineer or Frontend/Backend engineer with desire to become Full Stack
  • Solid understanding of programming languages
  • Ideally knowledge of React framework, Node.js and/or Go, or willingness to learn them
  • Embraces continuous development and learning
  • Knowledge of software engineering practices
  • Demonstrated passion for creating high-quality web/SaaS apps
  • Experience with Git/GitHub
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Self-organised, goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, thorough and tenacious
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • A great sense of humour and enjoys having fun at work
  • (Bonus) Experience with automation tools like n8n or Zapier
  • (Bonus) Experience developing solutions in the Cloud, and/or using Cloud services
