Requirements

  • - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field (experience can compensate for lack of formal competency)
  • - Experience in project engineering within the offshore/subsea industry
  • - Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • - Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • - Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • - Management of subcontracts and subcontractors
  • - Experience in site management of fabrication subcontractors and Site Integration and Factory Acceptance Testing of equipment and tooling packages for the oil and gas industry
  • - Management of QA/QC principles
  • - Detailed understanding of relevant codes and standards.
  • - Understanding of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment tools and techniques
  • - Awareness of project management tools and techniques
