About the role

  • Manage and oversee project activities, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders and drive project execution
  • Work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects, spanning different disciplines such as IMR, SURF, subsea installations, and more

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field (experience can compensate for lack of formal competency)
  • Experience in project engineering within the offshore/subsea industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Management of subcontracts and subcontractors
  • Experience in site management of fabrication subcontractors and Site Integration and Factory Acceptance Testing of equipment and tooling packages for the oil and gas industry
  • Management of QA/QC principles
  • Detailed understanding of relevant codes and standards.
  • Understanding of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment tools and techniques
  • General understanding of project management tools and techniques (including cost and schedule control)
