About the role

  • Lead multi-year organizational transformation of Data Operations to offshore-managed capability
  • Drive productivity improvements, cost efficiency via vendor optimization, offshore leverage, and automation
  • Define and execute multi-phase roadmap balancing cost, quality, scalability
  • Establish KPIs to track productivity and efficiency
  • Evaluate and optimize 3rd-party vendor arrangements
  • Build strategic sourcing to reduce vendor fragmentation
  • Lead migration of processes to offshore delivery centers and manage offshore teams
  • Partner with engineering and data science to deploy automation, AI, ML to reduce manual workloads
  • Redesign processes for automation adoption
  • Role reports to SVP, Data Strategy and Operations
  • Remote, home-office based; candidates located in the continental United States considered
  • Expected travel 20%-30% including international

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field / equivalent education and /or relevant work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in data operations, business process outsourcing, or shared services transformation preferably in an information services business
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale cost transformation programs, including offshoring and automation initiatives
  • Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and partnership-building skills
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills
  • Experience using SQL and / or Python for data analysis (preferred)
  • Construction Industry experience (preferred)
  • Experience working with AI/ML-driven automation in data-heavy workflows (preferred)
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (preferred)
