Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the successful delivery and adoption of Docuvera’s component content management solutions
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Guide clients through change with clarity, empathy, and expertise
Act as the bridge between clients and cross-functional teams
Apply Docuvera’s project management methodologies to govern delivery, manage risk, and maintain transparency
Create positive client experiences and measurable outcomes
Establish and uphold project governance
Ensure all changes are effectively managed and communicated
Provide accurate, timely reporting on progress, financials, and risks
Support seamless transitions from sales to delivery
Contribute to internal improvements through insights and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of project management experience
2+ years’ experience using Docuvera in a professional environment preferred
4+ years’ experience as a project manager for implementing a commercial software product, with a proven history of excellent project management service
Strong competence in using software applications in Windows and web-based environments
Familiarity with a broad variety of software products, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, CRM systems and project management software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to answer complex project queries in simple, easy to understand language
Competent working in a cross-functional, multi-cultural team environment
Professional in time and task management, particularly in a very agile and fast-paced work environment
Ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field, software engineering or similar
Certification in project management (e.g. PMP or Prince2) preferred.
