About the role

  • Develop training curricula, including knowledge base articles, operational guides, and learning components such as training agendas and assessments
  • Create instructional materials, including training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and testing procedures
  • Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and leadership to ensure content aligns with the learning objective
  • Coordinate with Training and Documentation Leads to maintain consistency in tone, structure, and adherence to corporate standards
  • Develop engaging and effective e-learning materials using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or a similar platform
  • Support the conversion of classroom training into interactive online formats aligned with adult learning principles
  • Manage training assets, including content repositories and knowledge management systems
  • Regularly review and update content to ensure its relevance and alignment with current business needs
  • Act as a point of contact for documentation-related issues and provide continuous feedback on content effectiveness
  • Utilize support tools and resources necessary for effective content creation, including Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or training content development
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace/G Suite
  • Fluent in verbal and written English with a high proficiency level
  • Experience maintaining confidentiality of information
  • University studies in instructional technology, technical writing, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience with e-learning platforms such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or H5P
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
  • Knowledge of content creation best practices and adult learning principles
  • Mentoring or Trainer experience
  • Proficiency in desktop computers, IT essentials, and content management systems
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Advanced attention to detail and organizational skills
