About the role
- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and manage renewals within an assigned territory
- Drive customer adoption and accelerate digital transformation
- Develop and implement effective customer success and value realization strategies
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure they derive value from the product
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop growth plans and risk mitigation strategies for key accounts
Requirements
- Native-level French
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, and/or Customer Success
- Experience in quota-carrying roles with a proven track record of meeting KPIs
- Experience managing deal negotiation cycles with a successful track record
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
