About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deeply understand the ways of working, needs, and pain points of legal professionals to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stay aligned with Doctrine’s strategy, market context, and long-term product vision.
- Define, track, and analyze key metrics to measure product success and guide decisions.
- Collect and leverage user feedback, usability insights, and market research into clear product requirements that elevate user satisfaction.
- Discover and assess new product opportunities with a balance of ambition and pragmatism.
- Turn ideas into actionable initiatives, starting with focused MVPs and rapid experimentation.
- Validate hypotheses with real users and iterate based on evidence.
- Lead the shift from prototypes and quick wins to scalable, robust product features.
- Communicate a clear product vision and ensure alignment across design, engineering, and business teams.
- Improve existing products continuously to strengthen value, performance, and adoption.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of significant experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and embrace diverse perspectives.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a track record of delivering on time while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Full professional proficiency in both (French or English)
