• Your new role: We’re looking for a design unicorn - someone who blends craft with strategy, and behavioural insight with business impact. A designer who can flip our product upside down, challenge assumptions, and reimagine how people experience digital healthcare.
• You’ll report in to our Chief Product & Digital Officer, giving you visibility and influence at the highest level of the organisation.
• We’re not looking for someone who just executes tickets. This isn’t a production design role. We want an inquisitive designer who asks the hard questions (of themselves, of us, and of the work) and pushes the team towards stronger, more meaningful outcomes. This isn’t about polishing Figma screens. It’s about reframing mental models, shifting behaviours, and crafting end-to-end experiences that feel effortless for patients while delivering measurable impact for the business.
• You’ll be our design lead and craft champion: zooming out to set vision and strategy, zooming in to refine critical details, and shaping the product through the lens of human-centred and behavioural design. You’ll partner with product managers, engineers, clinicians, and stakeholders to redesign journeys that work with, not against, how people actually think, decide, and behave.
• This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, provokes fresh thinking, and has the design muscle to turn bold ideas into reality.
