About the role
- Coordinate and drive new business revenues from potential partners including insurance and corporate partners.
- Generate and qualify new leads and be resourceful in using multiple approaches to penetrate prospective accounts.
- Manage and nurture existing partner accounts to ensure long-term relationships, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct partnership presentations.
- Generate innovative ideas for sales campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sign-ups and consultations.
- Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new DA members.
- Assist in sales administrative tasks including creation of reports and document preparation.
- Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing etc.) to localize and/or customize the products/solutions suitable for the Philippines, giving Doctor Anywhere a competitive advantage in launching the products.
- Attend conferences and industry events to stay abreast of market influences and changes.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of progressive Business Development experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Insurers, Insurance Brokers & Corporate Human Resources is an added advantage
- Experience in Account and Partnership Management is a plus
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to handle changes with a continuous improvement mentality
- Excellent team player to facilitate close partnering with local and regional teams
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
- Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things.
