About the role

  • Coordinate and drive new business revenues from potential partners including insurance and corporate partners.
  • Generate and qualify new leads and be resourceful in using multiple approaches to penetrate prospective accounts.
  • Manage and nurture existing partner accounts to ensure long-term relationships, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct partnership presentations.
  • Generate innovative ideas for sales campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sign-ups and consultations.
  • Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new DA members.
  • Assist in sales administrative tasks including creation of reports and document preparation.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing etc.) to localize and/or customize the products/solutions suitable for the Philippines, giving Doctor Anywhere a competitive advantage in launching the products.
  • Attend conferences and industry events to stay abreast of market influences and changes.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years of progressive Business Development experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Insurers, Insurance Brokers & Corporate Human Resources is an added advantage
  • Experience in Account and Partnership Management is a plus
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to handle changes with a continuous improvement mentality
  • Excellent team player to facilitate close partnering with local and regional teams
  • Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things.
