About the role
- We're building the infrastructure that helps doctors and patients across 8 countries connect, communicate, and deliver better healthcare
- Marketplace, SaaS, apps, AI products
- All of it running on a platform you'll own
- We're looking for someone who's done this before
- You'll lead the global platform team and set the technical direction for how we build, deploy, and operate everything
- We're in the middle of a major architectural shift: modernizing our stack, consolidating legacy systems, going AI-native across engineering, and scaling a platform that needs to support a product that's changing fast
- The person who figures out how to make a large engineering organization dramatically more productive through AI tooling, agents, and infrastructure is solving a problem nobody has fully solved yet
- Decisions here affect patient outcomes and doctor productivity across 8 countries
Requirements
- You've led platform engineering at a high-traffic scale (100M+ sessions, multi-region, cloud-native)
- You know what good looks like in distributed systems, microservices, and developer experience
- You've taken teams through major architectural transitions without losing speed or burning people out
- You're genuinely excited about AI, not as a buzzword but as infrastructure
- You've shipped AI/ML in production and you understand what it takes to do it safely and at scale
- You set the bar on reliability. 99.9%+ uptime isn't a target you chase, it's a floor you defend
- You've built developer platforms that made engineers dramatically more productive
- You think about internal tooling, CI/CD, observability, and standards as products in their own right
- You're a partner to product and experience teams, not a bottleneck
- You understand that this platform exists to make everyone else faster
- You've attracted, developed, and retained exceptional engineering talent
- You know that the team you build is the product
- You've operated across multiple regions and markets
- You understand the complexity of compliance, data residency, and localization at scale
Benefits
- Share Options plan
- Flexible remuneration and benefits system via Flexoh , which includes: restaurant card, transportation card, kindergarten, and training tax savings
- True flexibility and work-life balance
- Remote or hybrid work model with or hub in Warsaw
- Flexible working hours (fully flexible, as in most cases you only have to be on a couple of meetings weekly)
- 26 days of paid time off (depending on your contract)
- Additional paid day off on your birthday or work anniversary (you choose what you want to celebrate)
- Private healthcare plan with Signal Iduna for you and subsidized for your family
- Multisport card co-financing for you to have access to sports facilities across Poland
- Access to iFeel , a technological platform for mental wellness offering online psychological support and counseling
