About the role

  • Active prospecting of B2C customers (Outbound SDR) via phone, WhatsApp and email — not just purposeless cold leads!
  • Qualifying leads and conducting diagnostic conversations based on healthcare professionals' pain points;
  • Scheduling and conducting online sales meetings;
  • Consultative presentation and sale of our products (marketplace and SaaS);
  • Using the SPIN Selling methodology to connect solutions to customers' real needs;
  • Complete logging in the CRM (HubSpot) and disciplined pipeline management;
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure an end-to-end experience.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Communications or related fields
  • Experience with B2C inside sales (Inside Sales)
  • Experience in outbound prospecting or as an SDR
  • Proficient in approach, objection handling and closing techniques — experience with SPIN Selling
  • Resilient, organized, communicative and driven by targets and results
