Requirements
- Proven ability to own outcomes end-to-end in a small team or early-stage environment
- Experience launching a product, market, or operation from zero to first real users
- Strong user empathy: regularly talk to customers, therapists, or end-users
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
- Demonstrated success in designing and scaling go-to-market processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset: gather data, interpret insights, and translate them into clear actions
