Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Director.
Ideally, experience in SaaS or marketplace, e-commerce and pricing or packaging environments.
Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong exposure to change management and business scaling.
A proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing digital products that impact business and delight customers, especially in packaging, monetization, product marketing, and PLG at large scale.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle with experience in agile and lean software development practices.
Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong business acumen beyond core product management with the ability to assess product–market fit and contribute to broader company strategy.
Sharp analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
