Requirements
- Analytical & Influential Mastery: Ability to translate raw data into clear 'decision papers'.
- Technical Savvy & AI Affinity: Understanding of job evaluation systems and salary banding.
- European C&B Expertise: Knowledge of frameworks within the Netherlands, Germany, and Spain.
- Collaborative & Agile: Enjoys working in an expert capacity.
- Multilingual Skills: Professional proficiency in English and German; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
