About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support with the technical integration of new merchants onto our platform.
Perform quality assurance tasks (e.g., testing, data validation).
Assist in responding to technical inquiries from partners during onboarding and live operations.
Analyze existing partner integrations to identify optimization opportunities.
Contribute to the development of integration templates and processes.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integration and a positive seller experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, E‑commerce or a related field.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
Basic experience with Excel, Confluence, JIRA, or content management systems is desirable.
Strong technical understanding (e.g., APIs, CMS, product feeds) is an advantage but not required.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define actions based on findings.
German and English language skills are required.
