About the role

  • - Designing and building clinical AI infrastructure that achieve business objectives
  • - Leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers in developing cutting-edge AI applications
  • - Collaborating with the product manager, UX researcher/designer and stakeholders to define AI project requirements
  • - Researching and evaluating new AI technologies and methodologies to implement in projects
  • - Presenting technical concepts and project updates to non-technical stakeholders
  • - Ensuring that best practices and coding standards are maintained throughout the development process
  • - Developing Python code and AWS infrastructure that works together to build advanced clinical AI systems

Requirements

  • - 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields
  • - 5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering
  • - Expertise in AI Solutioning, with the ability to identify off-the-shelf AI tools and services to accelerate development cycles
  • - Familiarity with the ecosystem of vector databases, deployment frameworks, and monitoring tools
  • - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying AI models
  • - U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal 'public trust' security clearance
  • - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field, Master's Degree preferable
