About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide 3rd level support regarding interface-related issues
Collaborate with commercial LOS and POS partners and their support teams to maintain and improve DocMagic service offering
Collaborate with 3rd party vendors on the implementation of DocMagic Products and Services
Work with Relationship Managers and support teams to identify and resolve interface issues
Collaborate with Compliance on product enhancements to meet new regulatory requirements
Share knowledge with DocMagic teams to improve competency with commercial integrations
Partner with the Delivery team to implement product enhancements across the full portfolio of DocMagic products
Participate in authoring various integration and interface guides, including DocMagic Direct Web Service Guides and LOS Interface Guides

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
4+ years integration or client services experience
4+ years demonstrated success in Business-to-Business integration skills
4+ years technical proficiency across a range of software products and platforms
Proficiency in working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Proficiency with other software tools relevant to system integrations (e.g., XML validation tools)
Ability to read and understand code at a high level
Mortgage industry experience and knowledge preferred
