Key responsibilities & impact

Perform financial result analyses, identifying key variances and supporting decision-making.
Support the monthly accounting close process, including account reconciliations and validations in the ERP (SAP).
Prepare and update management reports to monitor financial and operational KPIs.
Ensure correct allocation of costs and expenses by cost centers and business units.
Directly participate in revenue recognition and related calculations together with peer teams.
Interact with Accounting, Treasury and FP&A to ensure the integrity of financial data.
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, controls and routines within the area.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Experience in controllership or accounting.
Strong Excel skills.
Solid understanding of accounting concepts, cost calculation and analysis of DRE (income statement) and P&L.
Analytical mindset, organization and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to interact with different areas of the company.
