About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated third party systems.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce customizations including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and platform automation
- Partner with stakeholders across GTM and Operations teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Improve and maintain Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance standards
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as MuleSoft, NetSuite, CPQ, ERP, marketing automation, customer support, and data platforms
- Drive platform optimization, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Own the Salesforce DevOps and release management lifecycle while establishing engineering best practices, including Gearset administration, source control, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance, production change management, and technical documentation.
- Participate in roadmap planning and provide technical leadership for strategic Salesforce initiatives
- Manage Agentforce, Slackbot, AI skills, and other AI Salesforce offerings.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement scalable long-term solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using MuleSoft
- Familiarity with NetSuite and quote-to-cash business processes strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology companies preferred
