Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute Docebo's dynamic regional marketing strategy across Europe.
Co-own the pipeline with regional Sales leadership—operating as a strategic partner fully accountable to the same numbers.
Lead comprehensive regional campaign planning, including digital marketing, events, partner marketing, and customer marketing initiatives.
Craft messaging that deeply resonates with European enterprise buyers from Docebo's global AI product narrative.
Ensure all regional programs accurately reflect local market dynamics while maintaining Docebo's global brand standards.
Develop and lead a high-performing regional team to create a culture of accountability, growth, and cross-functional trust.
Manage regional marketing budgets, agency relationships, and performance reporting rigorously.

Requirements

What you’ll need

14+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience with meaningful, high-level leadership responsibility.
Proven track record of leading international or regional marketing organizations with direct, measurable accountability for pipeline and revenue impact.
Deep fluency in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution.
Experience in co-owning pipeline targets with revenue leadership and comfortably operating as a trusted peer to other regional leaders.
Strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, impactful events, and holistic integrated campaigns.
Strong analytical capabilities to actively make strategic decisions with data.
