About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, own, and execute a best-in-class 30/60/90-day onboarding program
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions covering cold calling, prospecting strategies, and tech stack mastery
  • Partner with BDR Leadership to identify skill gaps and facilitate workshops
  • Organize a centralized content repository for tailored sales resources
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product releases into actionable sales content
  • Establish enablement success metrics and analyze performance data
  • Administer the BDR certification program to ensure skill application before promotions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a similar training role
  • Proven track record as a top-performing BDR or Junior Account Executive
  • Deep understanding of BDR motion and modern prospecting techniques
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
