Enablement Lead, Business Development

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, own, and execute a best-in-class 30/60/90-day onboarding program
- Conduct hands-on training sessions covering cold calling, prospecting strategies, and tech stack mastery
- Partner with BDR Leadership to identify skill gaps and facilitate workshops
- Organize a centralized content repository for tailored sales resources
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product releases into actionable sales content
- Establish enablement success metrics and analyze performance data
- Administer the BDR certification program to ensure skill application before promotions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a similar training role
- Proven track record as a top-performing BDR or Junior Account Executive
- Deep understanding of BDR motion and modern prospecting techniques
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
- Strong hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
