About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to support hiring strategies and talent needs aligned to business goals.
- Build and maintain pipelines of diverse, high-quality candidates using creative sourcing techniques.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Docebo’s culture and values.
- Support recruitment process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting projects.
- Track recruiting activity and metrics to help inform hiring decisions.
- Stay informed on market trends and share insights with the broader team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience as a full-stack recruiter, ideally in-house or within a recruitment agency environment.
- Experience recruiting within SaaS or technology organizations is preferred.
- Experience in technical and product recruitment (engineering, product, design, UX/UI, etc.). Our Italy presence has a high concentration in this business area.
- Ability to recruit on a variety of roles, across all areas of the business (revenue, G&A, product, engineering, etc.)
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other talent communities.
- Experience using ATS systems; experience with Ashby is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for people, problem-solving, and creating a positive candidate experience.
- Fluency in English (Docebo uses English as our primary language).
