About the role

- Master the Buyer Journey: Deeply understand the prospect's needs and business drivers to articulate the Docebo value proposition with local relevance and impact.
- Navigate Technical Frontiers: Confidently guide prospects through technical scenarios, including SSO, APIs, and AWS cloud hosting, ensuring a seamless path to partnership.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with Sales Development and Marketing teams to refine lead qualification and provide vital feedback on lead quality in the region.
- Architect Relationships: Develop robust, trust-based relationships with key clients, ensuring they are primed for expansion as new Docebo features hit the market.
- Win with Data: Manage every aspect of your pipeline within the CRM, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and maintain total transparency.
- Execute with Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can pivot between short-term sales sprints and long-term strategic success.
Requirements
- SaaS Sales Specialist: You bring at least 5 years of experience in the SaaS industry, in a similar revenue-focused role.
- Multilingual Communication: You are fluent in both Dutch and English, allowing you to build immediate credibility and deep trust within the Dutch business community.
- Technical Fluency: You aren’t afraid of a technical deep dive and can speak comfortably about integrations, security, and cloud infrastructure.
- Hunger to Win: You have a competitive edge and an innate drive to not just meet, but consistently exceed, your revenue targets and goals.
- Trusted Advisor: You are recognized as a true team player internally and a consultative business partner who can influence everyone from line managers to C-suite executives.
